Main Duties And Responsibilities
1. Responsible for dispensing and preparing prescriptions
2. Providing a high standard in Customer Service
3. Ensuring efficient stock control & ethical ordering
4. Ensuring prescription control
5. Completion of end of month claims
6. Understanding of reject and reclaims books
7. Completion of all necessary paperwork
8. Dispensary house-keeping responsibilities
Skills And Experience
1. Must hold an approved Pharmacy Technician Qualification
2. 3+ year previous experience in a Technician/ Dispensary role essential
3. In-depth product knowledge
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong customer service
6. A helpful and courteous manner
7. Willing to work as part of a team
8. Flexibility to work alternate Saturdays, when required
9. Fluency in English
10. Authorised to work in Ireland
