Responsibilities
Spend most of your time on the floor, checking the cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas
Substitute the Housekeeping Operations Manager during their absence
Share responsibility for the housekeeping team, including internal staff and external cleaning companies, ensuring smooth collaboration
Train and coach the team, ensuring that the established quality standards are maintained and followed
Assist in coordinating external cleaning companies, handling orders, and checking delivery bills
Work hand in hand with hosts and hotel maintenance to fulfill guest wishes
Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar position
A passion for cleanliness and order, with a keen eye for detail
Confident presentation, bringing joy to the workplace; humor is a natural skill
Enjoy working with international guests and ability to respond to diverse needs
Fluency in English
