Experience in people management, including coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and leading change. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, propose solutions, and deliver outcomes. Flexible and adaptable, capable of adjusting focus in line with business needs and regulatory developments. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
