My client offers global career opportunities, continuous learning, and a collaborative, people-first culture.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line application support for healthcare systemsLog, track, and prioritize incidents using ITSM tools in line with SLAsPerform basic troubleshooting across applications, databases, storage, and OS environmentsEscalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with clear documentationMonitor systems and respond to alerts to prevent downtimeMaintain knowledge base documentation and support continuous improvementEnsure compliance with healthcare data security and regulatory standardsCollaborate with infrastructure, integration, and application teamsRequired Skills & ExperienceApplication support experience in a technical environmentBasic knowledge of Windows/Linux, databases, storage, and infrastructureExperience with ticketing and remote support toolsStrong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skillsGerman (B2+) and English (B2+)Desirable:IT degree or certification;ITIL.Knowledge ofHL7/DICOMSalary dependent on candidate experience.
