We believe in teamwork, quality work, and looking after our people.The RoleWe're hiring a reliable, hardworking Reach Truck Driver & Warehouse Picker/Packer to support our warehouse, manufacturing, and dispatch operations.What You'll DoOperate a reach truck safely and efficiently (in/out racking, replenishment, put-away, pallet moves).Pick and pack orders accurately (scanners/pick sheets), ensuring careful handling of photographic products.Goods-in/out: receive, check, and locate inbound stock; prepare outbound pallets; wrap/label as required.Quality checks on picked and packed items before dispatch.Housekeeping & Safety: keep aisles and bays tidy; follow site H&S and manual handling guidelines.Teamwork: work closely with Warehouse, Production, and Dispatch to meet daily targets and on-time shipping.What We're Looking ForWe hire for attitude first.
