We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to support medication dispensing systems across Ireland, with a primary focus on Dublin. This hands-on role involves technical support, installation, maintenance, and training at hospital sites.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site technical support for medical devices, including installation, corrective, and planned maintenance
* Deliver exceptional customer service and own issue resolution
* Build strong relationships that drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate documentation and comply with Medical Device Regulations
* Manage daily planning, tools, and car stock inventory efficiently
Requirements:
* Proven Field Service Engineer experience in medical devices
* Level 5 Certification in Electronic Engineering or equivalent technical experience
* Strong IT skills
* Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and professional skills
* Full, clean driving license
