As Tines expands in EMEA building on early initial success and wins, we are investing to expand our presence within the DACH Channel ecosystem. Tines is recruiting a Partner Sales Manager to join the Partnerships team who has proven experience recruiting the best, most collaborative partners, embedding Tines into joint go-to-market activations, and navigating the DACH market with our Go To Market teams. This role will build on deep business and technical relationships with Tines DACH Partners and requires regular travel to Germany and Switzerland. This is a remote role.

Responsibilities
* Serve as the internal thought leader on all aspects of third party Go to Market within the DACH Channel.
* Collaborate with sales, sales engineering, and partner teams to develop and execute partner plans with focus partners.
* Inform and contribute to the EMEA Partner Marketing strategy through knowledge of market presence, events, and campaigns.
* Identify strategic partners for Tines and grow opportunities within VAR/Reseller and Systems Integrator channels.
* Increase partner-sourced opportunities and deal registrations.
* Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and sales operations.
* Drive engagement, attendance, and enablement at customer and partner events.
* Be a collaborative, energetic team player capable of building a world-class growth engine with partners.
What You Bring With You
* Proven experience with DACH security and IT customers as a Channel/Partner Sales Manager or Technical Sales Executive in a Tier I Cloud/SaaS company.
* 3+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.
* 5+ years of strong industry experience with strategic thinking and execution.
* Executive writing, speaking, communication, and presentation skills for small and large audiences.
* Self-sufficient in preparing decks and data to a senior executive standard.
* Ability to travel up to 40% as needed.
* Proficiency in Salesforce.
* Experience creating business development plans and rigorously tracking KPIs.
* Experience building and scaling a Partner ecosystem from a low base.
* A player-coach who can balance hands-on partner sales and ecosystem strategic planning.
* Fluent in English and German (business-fluent in German).
