Job Description
The Renewals Territory Representative is responsible for maintaining and growing revenue with existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate forecasts and activity records in CRM systems (Siebel & Salesforce) for the assigned region.
* Defend against competitive pressures, uncover additional opportunities, and identify co-termination and reinstatement prospects.
* Work closely with Sales Management, Technical Support, Business Units, and field sales to ensure customer success and provide timely feedback.
As a Renewals Territory Representative you will be focused on several key areas including:
* Maintaining and growing revenue with existing customers through proactive renewal strategies and upselling of prepaid maintenance.
* Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand Quest Software's market share and presence in the industry.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty to the company.
This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a sales environment, preferably in a renewals or account management capacity.
