Role Overview We are seeking a proactive Level 2 IT Infrastructure Engineer to support and maintain our IT environment.
This role focuses on day-to-day infrastructure operations, and ongoing maintenance of solutions designed and deployed by 3rd Line teams.
You will play a key role in ensuring stability, security, and a great end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities ?
Provide Level 2 support for infrastructure and user-related issues ?
Maintain and administer Active Directory (users, groups, permissions, GPOs) ?
Manage endpoint patching and compliance using Tanium ?
Support and maintain Microsoft Intune ?
Manage and monitor Conditional Access policies ?
Perform routine infrastructure maintenance and health checks ?
Take ownership of systems handed over by 3rd Line engineers, ensuring smooth operational support ?
Document procedures, fixes, and operational knowledge ?
Escalate complex issues to 3rd Line when required ?
Support end users with strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Required Skills & Experience ?
Minimum 2 years experience in an IT Infrastructure or Level 2 support role ?
Strong user support and communication skills ?
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Entra ?
Experience using endpoint patching tools (Tanium preferred) ?
Practical experience with Microsoft Intune and device management ?
Understanding of Conditional Access and identity security concepts ?
Experience working in a Windows-based enterprise environment Nice to Have ?
Experience supporting remote or hybrid workforces ?
Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration ?
