LEADER (Rural Development) Project Officer
South Tipperary Development CLG (STDC) is recruiting a
LEADER Project Officer
to join our team and support community-led local development across South Tipperary.
The LEADER Programme funds projects that make a real difference to rural communities.
In this role, you'll work closely with local groups, individuals and businesses – helping turn ideas into funded projects that support:
Economic development
Rural infrastructure and social inclusion
Environmental sustainability and climate action
What the role involves:
Supporting projects from first idea through to completion
Guiding applicants through the LEADER grant process
Working directly with communities and enterprises including social enterprises
Managing applications, project files and grant claims
Monitoring project outcomes and ensuring programme compliance
Supporting communications, events and partnership working
Working as part of a supportive, experienced LEADER team
