Hook & Ladder are one of Ireland's most exciting hospitality groups with multiple locations in Dublin, Limerick & Waterford. We now proudly employee over 140 staff and work with some of Irelands leading suppliers. We are in a growth phase in this location, and we now need someone to support current staffing levels, Identify and implement growth opportunities within the site.
Salary is DOE and open to review

· Coordinating restaurant operations to ensure swift and quality service levels

· Cleanliness
· HACCP Implementation
· Checklist Adherence
· Staff training & up-skilling
· Adequate level of Microsoft Excel & Word Knowledge
· Sales Driven approach to daily management
· Ensuring Food Quality
· Ensuring compliance with H&S Measures on site
· Stock Control
· Working closely with site chefs to ensure kitchen working to its best.
The ideal candidate must have :
· The Appetite to grow the business with a view to joining senior management
· 2 years Restaurant Management Experience or relevant experience
· Experience in managing a multi discipline location or relevant Experience
· Senior Management Experience
· High Level Microsoft Office
· Fluent Written & Verbal English
· Full Clean Irish/Eu Drivers Licence
