Customer Service & Revenue Manager

* Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, or online platforms.
* Prepare quotes, accept deposits, confirm bookings, and maintain accurate records.
* Maintain up-to-date booking systems with correct pricing and availability information.
Work on reception duties two weekends per month. Gather customer feedback to enhance satisfaction levels. Conduct area inspections and report any maintenance or housekeeping issues.
Create schedules for housekeeping and ensure rooms are ready on time. Participate in regular stock counts for the café, shop, and housekeeping departments. Assist with ordering and tracking inventory deliveries.
Provide support for weddings, corporate events, and music nights as needed.
