Kilsaran is looking for a talented individual to join our growing Health and Safety Team.
We have an exciting opportunity for candidates who are motivated, passionate, and driven to help us meet future challenges.
The position is for a Graduate Health and Safety Advisor (KPRO /Paving & Walling business units) based at our manufacturing facilities in Kildare & Dunboyne, with a development pathway to build a career within Kilsaran.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of H+S policies and procedures.
Support the Regional Health & Safety Manager in conducting risk assessments and site inspections.
Help in identifying workplace hazards and recommending improvements.
Maintain accurate records of incidents, audits, and training sessions.
Participate in accident investigations and aid in reporting.
Support the delivery of H+S training and awareness sessions.
Stay updated with health and safety regulations and best practices.
Assist in ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company standards.
Skills Required
A keen interest in Health & Safety with a willingness to learn & develop.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of H+S legislation (preferred but not essential).
Relevant qualification in Health & Safety (or working towards one) is an advantage.
