GENERAL OPERATIVES (GROUNDWORKS or GENERAL LABOURING or PIPE LAYERS)
Location: Kilkenny
Contract Type: Permanent / Full Time
We are currently seeking experienced General Operatives to join our team in Kilkenny. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a respected company on a busy, well-organised site, contributing to a range of groundworks and civil engineering projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Carry out general site and groundworks duties as directed
* Support excavation, pipe laying, concreting, and backfilling works
* Operate small tools and equipment safely and efficiently
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment on site
* Assist trades and machine operators as required
* Follow site safety procedures and instructions from supervisors
REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous experience in groundworks, general labouring, or pipe laying
* Safe Pass certification (essential)
* Manual Handling certificate (advantageous)
* Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
* Strong work ethic and reliability
