Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Research Manager, based in Dublin with the flexibility for some remote work. The Research Manager will oversee and coordinate market research activities, design effective questionnaires, and ensure the collection and analysis of data to provide actionable insights. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth research, analyzing patterns and trends, developing insights for decision-making, and effectively communicating findings to support the organization's goals.
Qualifications
* Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex data into meaningful insights
* Proficiency in Market Research techniques and methods
* Experience in designing and developing effective Questionnaires for research purposes
* Excellent Communication skills to deliver findings and coordinate with various teams
* Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Previous experience in healthcare or sports medicine research is an advantage
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as Market Research, Data Analytics, or Social Sciences
