Resourcing Specialist

The Resourcing Specialist will be responsible for all resourcing activity in Housing Services.
They will support the Senior HR Officer, providing expert advice and guidance to deliver a professional, proactive, customer-orientated resourcing service aligning with NIHE objectives. The ideal candidate should have relevant qualifications such as a degree level qualification or Level 5* qualification in Human Resource Management. Additionally they must possess at least one year's experience working within an HR function including employee resourcing, or two years' experience with only Level 5*. A driving licence is also essential as regular travel may be required.
