Experience and Skills
* At least 2 years as a Restaurant Supervisor, Hospitality Supervisor or similar role.
* Proven customer service experience as a Supervisor
* Strong knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
* Detail-oriented with a passion for guest satisfaction.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems in real time.
* Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Fluent English
Job Summary
* You will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the restaurant.
* You will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth service, support staff development, and maintain the highest levels of hospitality and professionalism. Your leadership will directly influence the guest experience and contribute to our continued success
Duties and Responsibilities
* Supervise and support daily front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service flow during shifts.
* Lead, motivate, and mentor service staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with our brand standards.
* Monitor and maintain dining room cleanliness, table settings, and ambiance to reflect the quality of an award-winning venue.
* Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
* Oversee staff scheduling, break management, and shift handovers in coordination with the management team.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
* Assist in onboarding and training new team members, maintaining a culture of excellence.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams on shift to ensure coordinated service and timely delivery.
* Support inventory control, stock ordering, and equipment maintenance as needed.
* Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) in the absence of senior management.

Pay: From €14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
