We are seeking a Facilities & Workplace Coordinator to provide operational cover.
Contract Details Start Date: Thursday, 5th March End Date: Friday, 3rd April (inclusive) Fully onsite role Standard working hours: 8am4pm Role Summary: This position focuses on maintaining day-to-day operational continuity across workplace and facilities functions.
Youll coordinate vendors, oversee established processes, and ensure smooth workplace operations during a busy period.
Were looking for someone who is organised, practical, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing reactive issues with routine operational tasks.
This is a coordination-focused role requiring strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain office services by coordinating established operations, procedures, and facilities activities Uphold existing workplace guidelines relating to staff amenities and services Support day-to-day facilities operations and workplace administration Coordinate external contractors and building service providers Act as the main point of contact for building-related matters, including security coordination and access control Support staff onboarding requirements in collaboration with HR and IT teams Coordinate cleaning and soft services vendors to ensure agreed service standards are met Track scheduled contractor visits, building events, and routine facilities activities Support minor workplace layout adjustments, furniture moves, and meeting room/desk setups Monitor office supplies and amenities to maintain workplace continuity Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience in facilities, workplace, or office coordination roles Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communicator comfortable liaising with vendors and internal stakeholders Practical, hands-on approach in a busy office environment Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively If youre available for a short-term contract and enjoy keeping workplace operations running smoothly, wed love to hear from you.
