Engineering Coordinator
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Support Coordinator to join a well-established organisation within the materials handling and engineering services sector. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role in North Dublin, offering a competitive salary and long-term career stability.
The Company
Our client operates within the plant, forklift and materials handling industry, providing sales, service, and maintenance support to a wide customer base. With a strong reputation for reliability and technical expertise, they support customers across industrial, logistics, and warehousing environments. Due to continued growth, they are now expanding their customer support and service coordination team.
The Role
Acting as a key point of contact for customers, handling service requests and enquiries.
Coordinating and scheduling service engineers and plant fitters for maintenance and breakdown callouts.
Managing service jobs from initial request through to completion.
Liaising with engineers, parts, and internal departments to ensure efficient job delivery.
Updating job records, service reports, and internal systems accurately.
Supporting customer satisfaction by ensuring timely responses and effective communication.
The Person
Have previous experience in a customer support, service coordination, or service administration role.
Come from a plant, forklift, materials handling, or engineering service environment (highly beneficial).
Understand service workflows and engineering terminology.
Possess strong organisational and communication skills.
Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, office-based role.
Have good IT skills and experience using service or ERP systems (advantageous).
The Package
Salary: €35,000 - €40,000 (DOE)
Contract: Full-time, permanent
