AMLAC forklifts is the main dealer for Toyota Material Handling Equipment. This opportunity is to join our team as a Qualified Mechanic/Forklift Service Engineer, working at various locations based in Dublin and other country sites (no overnight stays). The ideal candidate will reside in the Dublin area.The RoleServicing and repairing diesel, LPG and battery forklift trucks.Managing fault tracing and repairing electronic faults on electric forklift trucks.Completing job reports on a PDA in a timely manner.Candidate RequirementsFully qualified mechanic or National craft certificate for construction plant fitting.Experience as a forklift engineer is an advantage.Previous experience working with forklifts and power pallet trucks.Good knowledge of IC diesel and gas engines.Hold a full clean Irish driver's licence.Own tools (special tools provided).Fluent communication in English, written and spoken.Ability to work on own initiative.BenefitsCompany vehicle.Competitive salary.Lunch allowance.Company phone and laptop.Pension scheme with defined contribution from employer.Christmas bonus.Ongoing training from Toyota Material Handling Ireland.
