They sell into a broad range of sectors including OEMs, industrial end users, pharmaceutical manufacturers, F+B producers, and semi-state bodies.
With an impressive product portfolio and excellent customer retention, they are now focused on accelerating their growth in the Irish market.
As part of their expansion, they are hiring a Sales Manager to lead commercial development and build out their local team.
The Role: This is a key commercial role responsible for driving new business and leading the growth of the Irish division.
You will manage one direct report initially and will play a hands-on role in winning new customers, developing strategic plans, and helping the business double revenue over the coming years.
This is a field-based role with responsibility for sales performance, market development, commercial strategy, and long-term growth planning.
You will have autonomy to shape the future of the team and territory.
What we're looking for: Strong B2 B field sales background, ideally in industrial consumables or related sectors Proven experience managing or mentoring salespeople - people management is essential Excellent business development skills and ability to drive growth in new and existing accounts Strategic mindset with the ability to write and implement commercial plans Ambitious, energetic, and commercially sharp - a natural leader Ideally based in Dublin or Greater Dublin Area Full, clean driving licence required The Package: Basic Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 DOE Uncapped commission Company car or car allowance Healthcare and pension Mobile, laptop, and business expenses This is a superb opportunity to take the lead in a growing business with real ownership over results and future team development.
