Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Officer to fill a key role in our organization.
The successful candidate will provide guidance, support and advice to project managers and other relevant personnel on the implementation and maintenance of health, safety and environmental systems and standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Promote safe working practices and ensure the implementation of company health, safety and environmental policy and procedures
* Conduct regular site health, safety and environmental inspections and report findings to relevant personnel
* Ensure that all projects have been provided with relevant health, safety and environmental documentation
* Verify that health, safety and environmental project plans meet company standards
* Maintain accurate records to comply with internal and external audit requirements
Required Qualifications and Skills:
* Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
* At least three years postgraduate experience in Project HSE Management
* Thorough knowledge of ISO: 45001 and ISO: 14001 standards
* Working towards graduate membership of IOSH
