Overview
The
Product and Services Optimization Team
within supports optimization initiatives across a wide portfolio of tools and processes related to critical datacenter environments. We are seeking a
Senior Business Program Manager
with deep experience in
project and change management
, a passion for process improvement, and a sharp ability to drive transformation across cross-functional teams.
You will be instrumental in ensuring that optimization initiatives are deployed successfully across datacenter operations, enabling operational excellence and sustainable innovation at scale.
Key Responsibilities
* Program & Project Management
: Drive initiative deployment across managing end-to-end release readiness, deployment activities, and mitigating risks that impact scope, quality, or timeline.
* Stakeholder Collaboration
: Work with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Product teams to deploy complex programs with minimal oversight. Communicate program objectives, risks, and status clearly across stakeholders.
* Change Management
: Define vision and strategy for change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and adoption across the organization. Guide teams through transitions with clear planning and execution.
* Process Improvement
: Leverage data to identify areas of improvement, recommend solutions, and implement streamlined processes that enhance operational efficiency.
* Business Enablement
: Produce executive-ready collateral including proposals, strategy documents, and stakeholder communication materials aligned with business goals.
* Trusted Advisor
: Provide guidance and direction to internal stakeholders, acting as a subject matter expert and positive change agent.
Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
* 4+ years of hands-on
project management
experience.
* 2+ years of experience working
cross-functionally
with technical or non-technical teams.
* 2+ years of demonstrated success in
process improvement initiatives
using data and metrics.
* 2+ years of experience in
supply chain or procurement operations
.
* Advanced proficiency with
Microsoft Excel
(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
Preferred:
* Strong business acumen and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proven ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels across an organization.
* Experience working in
agile environments
and familiarity with engineering methodologies.
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills, including experience with executive-level reporting.
* Change management certification
(e.g., PROSCI) strongly preferred.
* Comfort navigating ambiguity and using data to drive decisions.
