We operate across Ireland and the UK, with offices in Galway and Liverpool. We are expanding our technical team and is seeking a motivated CAD/ GIS Technician to support the delivery of planning and technical drawings for renewable energy and telecommunications projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or early-career engineer to develop hands-on experience in a fast-growing technical consultancy.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of planning and technical drawings for renewable energy and telecom projectsSupport senior engineers with site layouts, elevations, sections, and construction drawingsPrepare photomontages, basic 3D models, and visualisations where requiredCarry out site assessments, measurements, and data reviewUpdate drawings based on client, planner, or internal feedbackEnsure drawings comply with relevant standards, guidelines, and planning requirementsMaintain organised project files and documentationWork collaboratively with the technical team to meet project deadlinesRequirementsDegree in Electrical Engineering, or a related disciplineAdvanced knowledge of AutoCAD (essential)Familiarity with 3D software (SketchUp, Revit, or similar) is an advantageUnderstanding of planning drawings and technical documentation is desirableGood attention to detail and willingness to learnAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a teamGood written and verbal communication skillsDesirable (Not Essential)Experience or interest in renewable energy or telecom projectsKnowledge of Irish planning standardsBasic experience with GIS toolsWhat We OfferOn-the-job training and mentoring from experienced engineersExposure to real-world renewable energy and infrastructure projectsClear career progression within a growing technical teamSupportive and collaborative work environmentCompetitive salary based on experienceHow to ApplyPlease send your CV, a short cover letter and a sample portfolio to, -
