About Critical Care
As a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments while monitoring vital signs.
* Assess patients' conditions and provide necessary interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals, doctors, and families to deliver comprehensive patient care.
* Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
* Ensure adherence to established safety and regulatory standards.

Requirements:
* Valid NMBI registration is essential for this role.
* Minimum 6 months of recent clinical experience is required.
* A minimum of 6 months of ICU experience is necessary to succeed in this position.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills are crucial for effective collaboration within the healthcare team.
* Mandatory training is a must-have, and Direct Medics can provide Basic Life Support (BLS) and Manual Handling training in-house.
* Having access to own transport is advantageous but not essential.
