Overview
The product trainer's role is to create training materials and implement this material directly with staff in relation to current products, and/or a particular product launch or update.
The trainer has overall responsibility for ensuring full product training has been completed in accordance with internal quality control and product requirements.
They must liaise with the training department coordinator and Supervisors on all completed training materials to ensure compliance with audit and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Cover all buildings to ensure that samples are taken at correct times, labels and visual inspections are conducted as per MGS Controlled documentation
Induction to new hires on product training, defects, QCS's and provide assessments.
Assist on Assessments for production staff.
Create products training videos for internal/External and stakeholders
To teach and guide new hires and current staff on all current in process products, ensuring full product knowledge is understood and process/paperwork is implemented correctly.
Working with Project Managers to implement new products regarding training on such products.
Update existing training materials to ensure alignment with any DCR uplifts internally.
Create new training records and processes for delivery of new product understanding
Assist in internal Audits by overseeing all internal process controls of QAL and ensuring all SOPs are followed correctly.

The Ideal Candidate Will
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management capability
Previous experience in a training role and/or Plastics Manufacturing desirable
Proven track record where it concerns quality control standards and compliance
