Executive Assistant to COO Crown Crown is a leading international building envelope contractor delivering high-tech, mission-critical projects across Europe.
We are seeking a high-performing, proactive, and resilient individual to support the COO in a pivotal role, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and alignment across the business.
This is a high-impact Executive Assistant role with elements of Personal Assistant support, operating at the centre of a fast-paced, high-performance business.
The Role This is a senior, high-impact position working directly with executive leadership, requiring exceptional organisational capability, sound judgement, and the confidence to operate at pace.
You will play a central role in maintaining momentum across key priorities, supporting executive decision-making, and ensuring the COO's time is optimised towards strategic initiatives.
This is a demanding, hands-on role requiring flexibility, responsiveness, and a strong sense of ownership across a broad and varied scope of responsibilities.
