Job Description
My Client, a global Biotechnology company, are looking to recruit a Senior Payroll Analyst on a permanent basis in either one of their Limerick or Dublin offices. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to progress their career within the Finance department of a highly reputable company.
Role of this position
1. Provide support ot the payroll team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
2. Liaise with external payroll providers
3. Review of journal postings
4. Compliance with current EMEA Legislation and SOX Controls
5. Actively involved in payroll projects across the region including new country set ups
6. Work with the team to evaluate and test process and system improvements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
7. 5 Years' experience in a similar role an advantage
8. International Payroll Qualification required
9. Strong understanding of company benefits
10. Experience with workday, Core pay and Core Insight
11. Strong Excel Required
