Our client, a multi-award-winning, multidisciplinary building contractor, is looking for an experienced Site Manager to become a key part of their team. With over three decades of expertise in the construction sector, they are currently working on a Residential Apartment Development in Drogheda. This is a long‑term, full‑time role, with the project set to continue for the next 3-4 years.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing daily site operations, including supervision and coordination of subcontractors.
* Conducting morning briefings with the workforce before work commences.
* Collaborating with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, and quantity surveyors to ensure the project progresses efficiently and is completed on schedule.
Requirements
* A third-level qualification in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a relevant trade background.
* Strong understanding of construction techniques, health & safety standards, environmental regulations, and building codes.
* A proactive, results-driven mindset with a positive attitude.
