As Business Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
Lead and manage your own operation with a high level of autonomy

The Role
As the senior leader at branch level, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the business while managing a dedicated team of Care Managers, Supervisors, Coordinators, and Carers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading, motivating, and developing your team to achieve operational excellence
Supporting the delivery of exceptional client and patient care
Building strong working relationships with employees, clients, and key stakeholders
Managing daily branch operations, including rostering and coordination of care services
Working collaboratively with Regional Management, Quality & Care teams, Clinical Governance, and HR
Recruiting, training, and developing high-performing care teams
Driving branch growth while managing budgets, KPIs, and operational targets
Creating succession plans and supporting career progression within your team
Leading from the front with a hands-on and proactive management style

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong people management and leadership experience
A proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams
Experience managing operations, schedules, and team coordination
Financial awareness, including budget management and cost control
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A collaborative and solutions-focused approach
The confidence to work independently while embracing support and coaching from senior stakeholders

Essential Requirements
Strong people management and leadership experience
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams
Experience managing operations, rostering, and team coordination
Financial and commercial awareness including budget management and cost control
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Full clean driving licence and access to a vehicle
Strong IT and organisational skills
Full right to work in Ireland

Previous experience managing KPIs, budgets, and large teams will be a significant advantage. Knowledge or experience relating to safeguarding, quality assurance, clinical governance, HIQA standards, or HSE-funded services would also be beneficial.
