The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and client facing experience.Role Duties:Executing trades received from various channels (Phone/Post/Email/Secure Comms) and ensuring adherence to Best ExecutionEnsuring clients are consistently provided with excellent dealing serviceAssist clients with Corporate Actions, Stock Set Ups, and other queriesLiaising with clients and intermediary brokers, dealing promptly and efficiently with queriesAssist in the organisation and running of client eventsBeing proactive in identifying existing and new execution only clients interested in and/or suitable for referral to other teams within the group
Requirements
Degree level in a Business -related disciplineAPA Savings and Investments qualification essentialA strong client focus to ensure effective service deliveryDemonstrable interest in investmentProven team -working skillsVery strong communication and presentation skills; verbal and written
