Office Manager and Legal Bookkeeper
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager and Legal Bookkeeper to join our team at a boutique law firm in Dublin 2. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in legal bookkeeping/accounts and be proficient in using case management systems, preferably Partners for Windows.

Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Controller Duties:
o Daily banking and lodgements from online banking
o Issuing cheques and loading EFTS
o Scanning and saving correspondence to document management system
o Invoicing and petty cash control
o Bank reconciliations and investigations
* Month end reconciliations, preparing accounts and submitting them to auditors
* Liaising with auditors and preparing VAT returns
* Ensuring statutory compliance with Solicitors Accounts Regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Regulations
HR and Payroll Duties:
* Monthly payroll administration and payment of wages
* Maintaining employee data and calculating pay raises
* Issuing tax forms and related documentation
* Resolving issues with timesheets, payslips and other payroll matters
Facilities Management:
* Providing facilities for staff and maintaining building
* Liaising with service providers and ensuring facilities comply with Health & Safety regulations
Purchasing:
* Ordering office supplies and stationery
* Purchase agreements with external suppliers
Office Management:
* Ensuring sufficient staff levels and relevant cover for reception
* Sourcing temporary staff and managing events
Requirements:
* Legal bookkeeping/accounts experience
* Proficiency in using case management systems
* Good interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative
