A Mechanical Infrastructure Specialist will oversee and maintain mechanical systems across the estate.
1. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations
2. Improve operational efficiency
3. Deliver quality services throughout the campus
This role involves managing boiler systems, water systems, gas detection, primary and secondary heating infrastructure, legionella & water control, steam and fire suppression systems.
The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in management/supervision and a solid understanding of planned preventative maintenance of mechanical processes.
