Job Overview:
* The Sales Leader will be responsible for devising and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth, while overseeing a high-performing sales team.
* Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, marketing, or science is desirable. The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in sales management within a fast-paced environment.
* Responsibilities:
o Develop and execute mid to long-term sales strategies to support sustainable business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

* A knowledge of agricultural and/or equine markets is advantageous.
