Human Resources Specialist
The role of Human Resources Specialist is a challenging and rewarding career opportunity that will provide excellent service, support and guidance to enable management at all levels to deal effectively with all matters concerning the recruitment, training & development, employee relations & welfare, and retention of staff.
This includes managing the team within the Regional Human Resources Department, providing advice & support to senior management on all matters pertaining to Human Resources, managing the recruitment procedures of employees for the Regional Services, and co-ordinating and supporting the employee's life cycle - pre-employment screening, interviewing, preparing contracts, organising inductions, transfers, training and development, absence management, exit management etc.
