Ensure alignment between digital initiatives and the groups commercial objectives to deliver strong ROI.
Stay on top of market trends, digital innovation, and emerging business opportunities by attending industry events and networking with key partners.
Revenue & Performance Management Oversee performance of the booking engine, ensuring optimal conversion and user experience.
Set and monitor KPIs including website sessions, database growth, online bookings, and revenue.
Provide monthly performance reports and use data to drive agile, informed decisions.
Conduct regular audits of digital pathways to ensure conversion optimisation and brand consistency.
Brand Development & Content Oversight Manage online brand representation across all web assets, landing pages, and microsites.
Collaborate with the brand communications team to maintain consistency in tone, imagery, and promotional messaging.
Approve digital content across all channels, ensuring compliance with brand standards and marketing effectiveness.
Lead the creation and targeted distribution of segmented email marketing campaigns to boost engagement.
Stakeholder & Agency Collaboration Manage relationships with third-party agencies (PPC, SEO, and web development) to enhance digital campaign performance.
Evaluate digital advertising and promotional activities to ensure alignment with sales goals.
Partner with Sales and Revenue teams to identify opportunities for growth and digital optimisation.
Social Media & Reputation Management Lead the development and execution of a multi-property social media strategy.
Train and support property-level teams in maintaining high-quality, brand-aligned social activity.
Monitor social engagement and manage the groups presence on key review platforms such as TripAdvisor and Google Reviews.
Team Leadership Lead and mentor a Digital Marketing Executive, providing clear direction and development opportunities.
Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with HR on employee development and succession planning.
Budget Management Manage the digital and business development budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and measurable returns.
Continuously evaluate digital tools and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and marketing ROI.
What Youll Bring: A recognised qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, or a related business discipline.
Minimum 5 years experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or business development, ideally within the hospitality or travel sector.
Deep understanding of performance marketing tools including SEO, PPC, CRM, and social media platforms.
Proficiency in Google Analytics, website management, CRM platforms, and campaign management software.
Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to strategy.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
Competency in Microsoft Office, AdobePro, Canva, Jira/Basecamp, and other project or design tools.
