Recruitment Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all candidate and hiring manager activities throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support interview scheduling, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
* Coordinate interview logistics - sending invites, booking rooms, organizing Video Conferencing etc
* Maintain accurate candidate data in applicant tracking system (ATS)
* Creation of required employment documentation
* Request and prepare background checks with internal teams
* Build and maintain strong relationships with Recruiters and Hiring Managers
* Participate in projects and initiatives as required
Requirements:
* 2+ years related experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Microsoft outlook experience required (scheduling, calendar, etc.)
* Experience using an HRIS or Applicant Tracking Database (Workday preferable)
* Excellent attention to detail
