Job Title:
Residential Services Director
Job Purpose:
The post holder is responsible for the daily management of all aspects of operational delivery of residential services. They will also be the nominated Person in Charge and ensure the provision of high-quality, responsive, and sustainable services in accordance with relevant regulations and legislation.
* Manage relationships with key stakeholders.
* Lead and direct operational staff to foster a strong team working ethos.
* Ensure that robust people management principles are embedded.
The ideal candidate will have an appropriate third-level qualification or equivalent (NFQ8) in Health and Social Care Management. They must also possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a management or supervisory role within health or social care sectors, along with experience as a leader with strong operational and general management competency.
