Your Role as Assistant Manager:
* Support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations.
* Drive sales to meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
* Motivate, lead, and inspire the team to achieve high performance.
* Take on managerial responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
* Ensure merchandise is well-presented and the store maintains high standards.
* Deliver exceptional customer service and set a strong example for the team.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 2 years management experience in the retail sector, ideally in fashion.
* Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales goals.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* A proactive team player with the drive to exceed targets.
* Ability to problem-solve and stay composed under pressure.
* Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
