Job Description
Sushi Gourmet is looking for an enthusiastic and talented Area Manager to join our award-winning team in Ireland, providing guidance and training to our kiosk teams.
We currently have over 208 kiosks in the UK and Ireland, with more to come.
The Role
As an Area Manager, you will use your strategic, leadership, and management skills to drive sales, performance, and standards across your kiosks.
* You will be responsible for 8-12 kiosks in areas including Kerry, Cork, and Kildare, providing leadership and coaching to support your team in achieving KPIs.
* Your week will include various business activities and visits to kiosks to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
* You will engage with Chef Managers and their teams, set targets, develop strategies, motivate teams, recruit new colleagues, and recognize outstanding performance.

Responsibilities as an Area Manager
* Coach, mentor, and motivate Chef Managers and teams to achieve excellent results.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.
* Ensure quality standards are maintained in all kiosks.
* Identify areas for operational improvement.
* Recruit high-quality Chef Managers and Sushi Chefs, fostering a family-like environment.
* Manage administrative tasks, stock-taking, and ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety standards.
* Maintain the appearance and standards of kiosks daily.
* Maintain a positive, friendly attitude, and enjoy your work!
Qualifications
We seek energetic, motivated individuals passionate about people and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have:
* Multi-store management experience (desired).
* Experience in Asian cuisine, catering, restaurant, or hospitality (preferred).
* Ability to influence and implement change.
* A valid driver’s license.
Additional certifications: Food Hygiene Level 3, HACCP, Allergens, Health & Safety Level 2.
