Build and implement tools to increase sales rep productivity and effectiveness.Take ownership of inbound routing across partnerships and owned channels including maintaining and optimising lead assignment rules, enrichment, and proactively identifying inefficiencies in the inbound flow.Use self‑sourced data to analyse specific process performance and conduct root cause analysis to build solutions. Measure results against existing KPIs and instill a continuous improvement mentality in your work.Collaborate with teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Marketing and Finance to gather requirements and build solutions that will improve overall efficiency and productivity.Support revenue data hygiene, and process improvements to ensure data integrity and usability across systems.Goal to support the implementation and scaling of automated solutions.What Makes You a Great Fit3+ years of experience in RevOps, MarOps, consultancy or similar rolesExcellent technical fluency & analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex requirements between technical and non‑technical teams.
