Our client, a leading Irish home interiors and fabrics retailer is seeking to recruit a Deputy Manager for their successful store located in Blanchardstown. This is a well-established store with a strong knowledgeable team.
I am looking to speak with retail managers who have an interest in homewares or interiors.

Skills & Experience required for this job:
3-4 years retail store management experience.
A working knowledge/interest in home interiors and soft furnishings.
Strong commercial awareness.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent people management skills
A proven track record in driving sales and service
Dedicated to offering 5* customer service
Responsibilities of this job:
Support the store manager with overall store sales and profit performance.
Motivate your team through personal enthusiasm, excellent personal standards, and team working.
Ensure your store is commercial and visually appealing.
Working closely with the VM team on visual standards.
Analyse sales performance and react accordingly.
Drive customer service standards along with store display and merchandising
