Job description:
Required skills:
* Strong data analysis using Excel, SQL (preferred), BI tools (Power BI/Tableau).
* Requirements documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories).
* Process mapping (AS IS / TO BE), gap analysis, and impact assessment.
* Familiarity with core banking systems, loan management systems, or digital banking platforms or Credit lifecycle knowledge (retail / SME / commercial).
* Understanding of banking regulations, credit risk, KYC, AML, and compliance.
Business Analysis
* Analyze end to end credit lifecycle processes (origination, underwriting, approval, disbursement, servicing, collections).
* Support commercial banking products such as working capital loans, term loans, trade finance, and SME lending.
* Assist in defining and enhancing lifestyle banking propositions (cards, personal loans, digital offerings, value added services).
* Translate business strategies into functional and non functional requirements.
Stakeholder Management
* Act as a liaison between business users, credit risk, compliance, operations, and IT teams.
* Conduct workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
* Support senior stakeholders with regular status updates, insights, and decision support analysis.
Process Improvement & Controls
* Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities in credit and commercial banking workflows.
* Support implementation of process re engineering, digital transformation, and STP (Straight Through Processing) initiatives.
* Ensure alignment with credit policies, risk frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Data & Reporting
* Analyze portfolio performance metrics (delinquency, approval rates, exposure, utilization).
* Support design of MIS, dashboards, and management reports for business and risk teams.
* Perform impact analysis for policy changes, new products, or regulatory updates.
Delivery & Change Management
* Support UAT planning and execution; validate test scenarios against business requirements.
* Assist in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and SOPs.
* Support change management, training material, and post implementation reviews.
