Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the daily operations of a busy GastroBar/Restaurant premises
* Coordinate all areas of the premises to ensure efficient service delivery
Job Requirements:

* Proven experience in managing a FOH team and kitchen brigade
* Effective leadership and team management skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
* Excellent IT and admin skills, including proficiency in rostering, stock control, and sales management

Our ideal candidate will have:
