Identity Governance Technical Lead
Our client seeks an Identity Governance Technical Lead with a minimum of 8 years of experience to join their organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical leadership for enterprise Identity Governance and Identity Operations services in a 24/7 environment.
* Lead day-to-day IAM operations, including incident response, change management, and problem resolution.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
2. 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering and supporting Identity and Access Management solutions.
Deep expertise in identity governance, provisioning, access management, lifecycle controls.
3. Strong experience with enterprise IAM platforms such as Entra ID, Microsoft Identity Manager, SailPoint IIQ.
4. Proven ability to lead technical operations in a 24/7 support model.
Experience supporting audits, compliance requirements security best practices.
The selected candidate will drive the continuous improvement through documentation metrics root cause analysis process optimization. The role requires strong collaboration with security infrastructure application teams ensure compliant access controls risk mitigation. ,
