About the role At Deloitte, our Technology & Transformation (T&T) business supports our clients with the delivery of complex change programmes across multiple domains. Quality delivery is at the heart of what we do and is facilitated by our in-house Quality & Risk Management team (QRM). T&T QRM has an excellent opportunity for a Quality Assurance Programme Lead. The successful candidate will report into the Deputy Business Risk Leader and will provide overall leadership of quality programme and quality assurance team. This will include setting the direction of key quality management standards and processes, reinforcing the quality culture and delivering our Quality Assurance (QA) Programme throughout the engagement life cycle. The QA Programme lead will drive core initiatives within our overall T&T Delivery Excellence strategy. Working in collaboration with other enabling functions and international colleagues will be critical for success. Support QRM and T&T leadership to establish local quality management policies, standards, and governance in line with Deloitte global guidelines; continuously monitoring to manage quality issues and lead QRM operations to report on and ensure compliance and provide key leadership reporting Lead assigned QRM projects/initiatives working with other stakeholders to define and deploy all aspects including reporting, change (communications/training), process, operating model, deployment and handover to operations Lead QA team and wider stakeholders to drive, support and/or manage all aspects of the QA Program throughout the life cycle of opportunities and engagements and embed a culture of continuous improvement Support the Business Risk Leader/Deputy Business Risk Leader in developing and implementing strategic priorities and plans to improve the effectiveness and maturity of the QA Program Collaborate with Delivery Transformation leader to support the implementation of the strategy and new initiatives as it impacts QRM About you History of successful projects and/or change initiative delivery Demonstrated knowledge and experience of quality management in a complex professional services environment Proven team leadership experience Proven drive and ability to build expertise in their domain Excellent communication and presentation skills, delivering key messages with clarity to instill confidence Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels Ability to plan, organise & prioritise workload to balance project delivery and operational needs to meet deadlines across a wide range of tasks If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
