We're committed to becoming the most trusted and sustainable business in Ireland, and we're looking for dynamic, forward-thinking individuals to join us on this journey.As we continue our journey toward becoming Ireland's most trusted and sustainable business, we have an exciting opportunity for a successful candidate to join our team as a Communication Executive.We are interested in meeting creative and enthusiastic candidates who are motivated by the opportunity to work and deliver in a fast‑paced, innovative Corporate Communications Team.The Communications Executive will support the development and delivery of internal communications plans, in addition to championing and protecting the Musgrave brand.What you'll be doing: Internal Communications & EngagementManage internal communication channels such as the intranet and the Daily Digest update.Support leadership communications, including CEO updates and Executive messaging.Support delivery of all other internal communications that keep colleagues informed, connected, and engagedConferences, Events & Musgrave BrandSupport communication planning and delivery for conferences, brand campaigns, events, product launches, and corporate initiatives.Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (designers, agencies, printers) to deliver high‑quality communication materials on time.Support delivery of Musgrave 150 internal/external programme of events throughout 2026Prepare event‑related materials such as invitations, briefing packs, signage, and post‑event communications.Ensure all communications align with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity; Act as a brand guardian for the Musgrave brand, recommending improvements as neededGeneral Communications SupportSupport the creation of videos, digital materials, and other multimedia assets as required.Assist with preparation of the Musgrave Annual Report and other corporate publications.Contribute to and support delivery of, the Musgrave podcast series Growing Good Business.Manage Musgrave presentation materials and photography portfolios.Manage relationships with design and creative agencies.Support broader corporate communications team with brand initiatives, campaigns and events.Support HR teams in delivering Inclusion & Diversity, employee experience, and employer brand initiatives.What we're looking for:Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a business environment.Experience working in or supporting a marketing and/or communications function, either in‑house or in an agency environment.Experience working with creative agencies.Strong project management and organisational skills.Experience managing online and digital communication channels.Knowledge of the retail or food sector an advantage.Innovative and creative approach, with the ability to work to tight deadlines.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail, with excellent planning and organisational ability.Ability to handle queries professionally and confidentially.A positive attitude with a good sense of humour and strong team spirit.What we Offer or Why Musgrave:Career Development: With a commitment to your personal and professional growth, Musgrave offers numerous opportunities for advancement and learning.Collaborative Environment: Work alongside a passionate team, where your contributions will make a significant impactInnovation Focus: Be part of a company that values forward-thinking solutionsCommunity Focus: Be part of a company that truly values its communities and strives to make a positive impact.Be Part of a Legacy: Join a company with a long-standing commitment to community and innovation.Are you ready to make a difference?
