Based in Naas, Ireland | Hybrid Working (3 days onsite minimum)

We’re looking for an experienced People Partner to join a dynamic, international organisation supporting operations across the UK & Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of operational HR delivery, partner closely with leaders, and influence key people initiatives within a collaborative, forward‑thinking environment.
The Opportunity
As the People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality HR support across your business areas. Acting as the key HR contact for Ireland, you’ll combine hands‑on operational expertise with strategic insight, ensuring both local and broader organisational priorities are met.
Based in Naas, Ireland, with occasional travel to the UK, you’ll be part of a wider People team, contributing to both local and global initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
Operational HR & Employee Relations
Provide day‑to‑day HR support and guidance to managers
Lead and manage employee relations cases (investigations, grievances, disciplinary processes)
Deliver consistent, practical, and legally compliant HR advice aligned with UK & Irish employment law
Ensure adherence to company policies and global HR standards
HR Processes & Governance
Support key HR lifecycle processes including approvals, compensation changes, and workforce reporting
Coordinate and deliver annual people processes such as:
Salary reviews
Performance management
Leadership reviews
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective stakeholder communication
Business Partnering & Stakeholder Support
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams
Support operational planning and people‑related decision‑making
Coach managers on HR best practice and day‑to‑day challenges
Champion employee engagement and a positive workplace culture
Collaboration & Projects
Work closely with central People teams to deliver seamless HR services
Represent Ireland within the UK & Ireland People Partner network
Contribute to global and local HR initiatives and projects
Reward & Analytics
Support reward processes including salary reviews, benchmarking, and bonus calculationsLeverage HR data and analytics to inform decision‑making and identify trends
Deliver accurate reporting to support organisational insights
Onboarding & Team Integration
Support onboarding by acting as a buddy for new hires where required
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Expertise
Minimum 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role
Must have experience working in an international, matrix environment
Strong background in employee relations and operational HR
In‑depth knowledge of Irish (and ideally UK) employment law
Experience across core HR disciplines; Performance management, Talent acquisition, Compensation & benefits, and Learning & development
Qualifications
Degree in HR, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred)
CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent)
Skills & Attributes
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in an international, matrix environment
Analytical mindset with experience using HR data and reporting tools
Hands‑on approach with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels
Other Requirements
Full right to work in Ireland
Willingness to travel to the UK as needed
