About This Opportunity:
* Your New Role: You will be responsible for leading your team and maintaining an active and pleasant atmosphere in-store at all times.
* Sales Targets: Ensure that sales targets are achieved, with full flexibility required Monday to Sunday (40 hours per week).
* Customer Service:
You will ensure that customer service is at its highest level, prioritising this above other tasks. Additionally, you will communicate actively with the team and pass on any information affecting sales.
