Role Overview
Deputy Store Manager at Bunratty Castle and Folk Park Retail (Co. Clare).
Contract: Permanent, rostered Monday to Sunday.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver 5‑Star excellence in the customer experience.
Lead, motivate and empower the team.
Drive sales and KPIs in the store.
Drive operational standards, develop opportunities and promote the brand.
Provide staff training and development in customer experience, brand and product knowledge.
Maintain flexibility and adapt to store demands.
Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and management.
Build rapport, respect, and communication skills within the team.
